Vietnam’s transport ministry has sought Primary Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s acceptance to grant a licence in aviation cargo transportation for IPP Air Cargo Joint Inventory Business, the to start with cargo airline in Vietnam with a charter money of 300 billion VND ($13.1 million) that experienced applied for a licence in air cargo transportation business to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).
