Adidas mulls sale of Reebok
German sportswear big Adidas is thinking about advertising Reebok as section of a new five-12 months system.
A statement for Adidas explained that it has “begun to assess strategic alternatives for Reebok”.
“These strategic alternatives include both equally a possible sale of Reebok, as effectively as Reebok remaining a section of the business. A selection will be introduced on March ten, 2021, when the firm’s new system is formally introduced.”
In 2019, worldwide profits at Reebok enhanced by two{cbf6da10fac2230370cea9448ed9872290737d25c88b8c8db3eefaf8c399e33d} on a currency-neutral basis compared to the previous 12 months.
The BBC reviews that VF Corp, which owns Timberland and Permira, proprietor of Dr Martens, are both equally assumed to be intrigued in Reebok.
