Bombay HC reprieve for Raymond boss in cheating case filed in Lucknow, Retail News, ET Retail

MUMBAI: In a reprieve for Gautam Singhania, managing director of Raymond Constrained, and 5 others, the Bombay significant court docket (HC) on Tuesday stayed investigation and restrained any coercive measures against them in a case registered against them in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (UP), for allegedly dishonest a proposed franchisee.
