Mall owner sues Gap for rent on coronavirus-shuttered storesNEW YORK : Gap is being sued for refusing to spend lease for stores temporarily closed for the duration of the coronavirus pandemic.

Mall operator Simon House Group claimed in a lawsuit filed this 7 days that the outfits retailer owes a few months of lease, totaling $65.nine million.
